One of our favorite metrics is revenue per patient. Everything we have discussed up until now will increase your RPP. RPP is the one metric that enables you to evaluate the health of your practice.

When RPP is high, you can rest assured that you are meeting your patients’ needs.

When you utilize your scripts properly,  transfer your patient from the doctor to the optical staff and present the best options to your patients, your RPP will increase.
