Account information update needed

In an effort to reduce overhead costs so we can keep your fees low, EyeMotion/Eye iQ is switching credit card processing services. Because credit card numbers are not stored, for security reasons, we need to collect your credit card information again. Please call either Stephanie Watts or Marcy Thompson with credit card information as soon as possible so we can get this updated and prevent any service disruptions. We appreciate your help with this!

We also accept ACH and for anyone interested, we will be glad to send a form for your completion.
