We wanted to provide a better experience for patients for a higher level of care in an environment where it nobody in the industry would be able to compete with us.
We built piece by piece every step along the way. The patient receives customized information piece about the equipment that was used during the an exam that they just went through. When finished they had a true experience not just a five-minute in and out examination. we explain what they saw, why things were recommended to them and how they would benefit them.
We spend a little bit more time educating the patient on the products about and a particular brand. I think consumers are a little bit smarter now. They research things and technology is important as well.
It's exciting to be a part of a nice experience here in the office. I've been in business for thirteen years and this is something created for the patients. Its just been an amazing.
Patients appreciate it, understand it if you take the time and are willing to pay for better vision.
